[NJTechDiv] Moving taskbar items with the keyboard.

If you are using Windows 11 put focus on the task bar and find the icon you
wish to move. Then press control shift and left or right arrow depending on
the direction you wish to move the icon. I hope I remembered the keystroke
correctly, LOL

Sometimes I wish to move items on the taskbar in windows 10 and 11. Is it
possible to do that with the keyboard? If not, how can that be accomplished?
