However, if you don't hear this pc after pressing windows+e, press alt+f 
and o to open Explorer's properties, down arrow to and enter on this pc. 
Give a few seconds for the change to take affect and proceed with my 
prior steps.

Incidentally, it's really not necessary to change to the this pc 
interface. Simply right arrow to and enter on the downloads folder.

Also, in the previous steps, if pressing the down arrow doesn't get to 
the desired folder, press the right and/or left arrow.

Angela, if you press windows+e and you hear this pc, you can down arrow
to and enter on the downloads folder, or follow the path to where the
downloads live; down arrow to and enter on the c drive, usually found
after the videos folder, down arrow to and enter on the users folder,
down arrow to and enter on the folder that bears your name, down arrow
to and enter on the downloads folder.
