[NJTechDiv] "pull to refresh" in app using VoiceOver

Hi all,

When I open the Fitbit app, it often says, "pull to refresh."  From what
I've googled, this means pull the top of the screen down to refresh the
app.  I can't figure out which VoiceOver gesture to use.  Does anyone
know?  I'm using an iPhone 7 and don't use Touch ID or Face ID.
