[NJTechDiv] NLS player and cartridges

I have a couple blank cartridges for the NLS audio player, and I want to put
some books on them for my sister-in-law.  I have a Victor Stream myself, so
I don't use the player, and I've forgotten the process.  Can I just drop the
DB files onto the cartridge without unzipping?
