Hooray!  Thanks for your help.  I found the combo box, found prepayment, and now I’m all set.  Couldn’t have done it without you.

It was before submit there is an area for pay pal, money/check and beneath that is prepayment

I chose submit form, and it took me to Paypal, but all I saw was the usual “make purchase”.

I tried to set the quantity on the form page to 0, which I thought was what I did before, but I couldn’t.

You need to go to the pay pal and then down arrow to check/money order and then down arrow to prepayment

I have already paid dues to Tech this year, but the form is not giving me an option to say 0 payment.  What do I do?
