[NJTechDiv] trouble with outlook mail

When I want to close a message in Outlook, I press alt-f4.

Angela, instead of pressing the escape key to close the email, try 
pressing control+w, or if that doesn't work, try control+f4.

As for your other problem, I can't suggest what to do. Maybe someone 
else will chime in.
