[NJTechDiv] outlook question

Control f 4 will close out the document window in word but leaves the
program running.

If escape does not work to close out the email, you may have a jaws or
keyboard issue.

When in outlook e mail or word  cannot use escape to close e mail  or to
close out a word document?  What other command can I use?
