Hi Ken.

I’m sorry to hear of your troubles.

Is there an Apple store nearby you could go to and make them help you?

Tracy

Htech division members my Iphone is right now nothing more than a paperweight there is no passcode showing or field for it even to a sighted user. Iphone unavailable only the emergency shows I can’t call apple accessibility with the echo alexa says you’re reached a 10 contact limit to go to the app and manage contacts but of course can’t do that with an unavailable Iphone. This after I was told on meeting the other night go ahead and update to 16 voiceover and passcode apparently have a major bug I’m even being told be patient well wait for the update you can’t update the phone if you can’t unlock it so maybe at this rate it will be November and I’ll be able to use the phone again. For god sake help my sister knows nothing about Iphones and is now saying I shouldn’t have gotten it for you… I don’t want to go back to a flip phone. C’mon guys help me out I get no support from home. This is why I may miss state convention this year. This is why I haven’t gone to in person meetings. I don’t think my sister cares quite frankly if I never have another federation meeting. It is why I haven’t paid dues or for the friends of the library I am a hostage here. What do I do self advocacy is a pointless exercise if you know what I mean always an argument always why I can’t do this or that. My federation friends are the only ones who seem to care about what we do and why.
