Hi Tracy,

I use the command, Control+Shift+Tab to get to the list of folders. Once I am in the list of folders, I can just down arrow, find the one I want, and press enter on it. Hope that helps.

Hi gang.

I'm using Outlook 2019. I'd like to go to the sent messages and delete
quite a lot of them, but, when I use control-y to open the folder list,
there's no entry for sent messages. I know they're there, because they come
up when I search for something, but how can I get to them to delete them?

Thanks.

Tracy
