Voice mail tab on the phone app

You can find the voice mail tab in the lower right hand corner.

There are several options to be able to initially delete a voice mail message.

Once you have listened to the voicemail message by double tapping on it and it is expanded you can flick until you find the delete button and double tap it.

If you are in the list of voicemail messages, you can use the Actions by flicking straight up and down and when you hear delete double tap.

The deleted voicemail message will be transferred into a new deleted file folder section that will only appear just above the tab bar once you have at least one deleted voicemail message.

The easiest way to navigate to the deleted messages item is to touch somewhere on the tabs and flick backwards until you hear it and double tap.
The screen will change, at the top left there is the back button and you flick to the right and there is a clear all button. Double tap to clear and answer the question to confirm that you want to delete the voicemail messages and you are done.

There is one other additional way to delete voicemails from the voicemail messages initial screen.
Most voiceover users do not use this method but sighted individuals may do this to delete multiple items at one time. We can also do it but by the time you go through using the edit button in the upper right hand corner And then going through your list and double tapping to hear that they are all selected and then find the button down at the bottom for delete you could have just flicked up on each one and double tap the delete button. I hope this answers the question that one person had regarding multiple deletion method that sighted individuals use.
