[NJTechDiv] logging in with the reader.

Hi tech members. Have just reactivated my bard account now I can’t seem to get in with the reader. It keeps saying combination of user name and password invalid modify credentials.  What am I doing wrong.  Tried it both in computer braille and contracted. Should I maybe try it in grade one non contracted.
