Hi tech division members done me some listening and last night joined mastodon.  The federation server isn’t taking members but ken’s gotten in on the ground floor so first listen to two podcasts by Jonathan mosen the living blind fully podcast formerly known as mosen at large.  Episode 225 is in part discussion of the open letter to blindness organizations to ditch twitter and join mastodon. Episode 227 is a tutorial of an iphone app for mastodon called mona. It gives you a good sample of how mastodon works then come join me on the at gardenstate.social.  you can always move to the federation server when it’s ready and even if you don’t you can follow it and if you do move you don’t lose followers.  So come join me @whozitken.gardenstate.social so come on members get in on the ground floor.
