[NJTechDiv] Firefox settings

Press the Alt key and then down arrow, until you find Settings.  As I'm
sure you know, if it were still that simple in Firefox, Jaws already
would've read you the options in the menu.  Sounds like an update might've
made the menu inaccessible with Jaws.
