[NJTechDiv] Video keeps stopping on iPhone SE

My husband has an iPhone SE, 3rd generation, running the latest iOS.

His video feed keeps stopping while he's trying to have AIRA help him with
shopping.  He doesn't lose the connection, only the video, and AIRA can
still take a picture, so the camera is working.

I'm using the same kind of phone, and it hasn't happened to me, but he uses
AIRA more than I do.

Anyone have any ideas?  Otherwise we'll have to try Apple Help.
