Hi Ken. I bought Outlook 2016 a couple years ago, and it works just fine. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s no good. I bought it from EBay, and it cost maybe $50, or maybe less. Anyway, I mention it as a possibility. It doesn’t get updated, so it doesn’t stop working.

Subject: [NJTechDiv] very frustrating email issue

Hi tech division members all of my NFB related emails are going to bulk mail, meanwhile almost every day some 20 to 30 messages a day junk messages end up in my inbox. Empire today health globe life, adt bivin home security cooking recipe Anderson windows on and on and on it goes. I flag flag flag flag. Also mack’s emails containing the link for our chapter fundraiser are recked the email program is putting characters equals signs and other things that make the link useless. I can’t post these to facebook. It is obviously mail for windows. Before I ask Microsoft accessibility to switch me to outlook for windows or outlook desktop though I need to know is that ready for primetime? Is it accessible. On the NVDA group there was an item that the ribbons weren’t accessible yet. NVDA has updated a couple times. Before I switch I need to know if anyone has used outlook desktop which is supposed to be the replacement for mail for windows. I don’t know yet if I want to convert to a different email program like thunderbird. But want to start to get useable readable messages especially NFB and those for the radio station. Microsoft does know about this problem it is a download issue they have known this for a couple years nothing has changed.
