[NJTechDiv] why is my caps lock beeping

If you're using NVDA, the setting is named "Beep if typing lowercase 
letters when caps lock is on  check box  not checked" and the keystrokes 
are insert+n, p, s, k, alt+b. Be sure to tab to the OK button and press 
the spacebar.

I'm not sure if JAWS has the same type of setting.

Are you using NVDA?  I seem to remember NVDA doing that.  For me,
sometimes it was helpful.  I think you can turn it off somewhere in NVDA
settings, if you don’t like it.

Hi list a strange one when I hit the caps lock it beeps a higher tone
when I caps lock on and a lower one off why?  Strange.
