[NJTechDiv] has the bug in the reader been fixed?

Hi members was just now looking at my NLS Ereader and saw that automatic updates was off. Switched it back on and then remembered that I had turned it off intentionally based on a post here.  Has the bug been fixed or should I switch it off again?
