I have also been having problems with newsline which started last week. I have exactly the same problem that you have and a couple of days ago. The information that was retrieved was a day old. I received a phone call from one of the members of his line to tell me that they were having issues With the system and they are working on them. They asked us to have patience, and the problem will be resolved. I asked if we would need to delete and download again the app and he said it would not be necessary, just to be patient.
