[NJTechDiv] Info bar in Outlook

I tried that just now, but it didn't help.
The link I'm trying to get to is to unsubscribe, and, even though Jaws says I'm there, nothing activates.  Neither can I tab to the privacy policy link, which is right above the unsubscribe.  Makes me think they don't want me doing either of those things. 

I might have sighted help in the next few days, so I'll see if they can unsubscribe me.
But there are other emails where this occasionally happens, so, if someone knows the answer, do tell.

Subject: [NJTechDiv] Info bar in Outlook In Outlook on Windows, not the online version, sometimes when I hit enter on a link in an email, it goes to the subject line, not the link, and tab only moves around within the stuff at the top.  Some time later it might go to the link, maybe after I close and re-open Outlook.

How can I fix this, so hitting enter on a link always opens the link?

I am using the latest Jaws.
