[NJTechDiv] utility is inaccessible

Can you find someone sighted to help, preferably someone who is familiar 
with working with computer programs, such as a trusted computer tech? If 
you can't, maybe the tech can remote into your computer to perform the task.

I forgot to ask, is the Seagate drive a solid state drive or a hard disk 
drive, and is it an internal or external drive?

Hi have the Seagate utility but the installer is apparently inaccessible
unless I can use OCR.  All I see is the setup window the file is a blank
page so far as narrator and NVDA knows any ideas how I can independently
use the seatools utility?
