Hello!
Someone had asked yesterday how to delete conversation history in the ChatGPT app. I think the question in general got lost amongst everything else, so I'll post the solution here:
First, open the app itself, and ensure you're at the first item on the screen. With VoiceOver, you can accomplish this with a 4-finger tap near the top of the screen.
The phone should announce "Menu button." This is where you double tap to activate the "main menu" of the app.
From here, swipe to the right several times. Your chat histories are organized by dates; each chat is a button. The button itself very briefly summarizes the chat. For example, the button from my presentation yesterday says "NFBNJ Agenda from Friday."
Once you find a chat you no longer want, double tap and hold until a menu of items appear. Among these items is a delete button. Find it by swiping right and activate it by double-tapping it. An alert box will appear confirming the action.
I hope this helps.
