[NJTechDiv] Images in email

I get a lot of images in emails.  Lately, they say something like 01clip
image001.

Is there an easy way to find out what these images are with Jaws quick OCR
or Picture Smart?  

I've tried, but it hasn't worked, but maybe I'm missing something.

 

I know there's a way to read images in email that's complicated, involving
saving the email into Word, then converting that to PDF, but I just want
some idea of what these squillion clip images are without a lot of effort.

Sighted people sure do love their pictures.
