[NJTechDiv] Where's that app?

I want to find an app on my iPhone so I can delete it, but I can't find it.
I looked at every page, and in folders.  I searched for it in the app
library, but, instead of pointing me to it, it opened the app, and, after I
closed the app, it wasn't on the screen anymore.

How can I find this pesky app?  

It was a security thing I needed for work, but don't need anymore.  I guess
it's so secure that it hides.
