[NJTechDiv] frustration continues with facebook

Hi list I know I keep bugging the list but am completely frustrated with facebook. I have of course discontinued using AOL because it is completely hacked.  I ca't seem to find on facebook the choice in resetting password or recovering an account "Don't have access to these.  I want to get facebook to send a code to the gmail account.  I'm very very frustrated and getting angry I want to access facebook on a PC again messenger too.  the password somehow is wrong on my browser a nine character password and I have checked anbd checked again and again.  what am I supposed to do.  this whole thing about NFB working with meta is not helping me now.  no mater whgat I try faebook is making me jump through hoops round and round and round goes ken.  can someone please give me something that will help frustrated as anything and growing impatient it's bad enough my AOL was destroyed. And not just mine apparently.  and AOL seems to not even care when called you get the instructions you already know about resetting a password. If you need anything else call back later says automated voice. Click!  so AOL has been abandoned.  I can find how to change the email if you're logged in but logging in is the probablm.  why if I logged in once with the password and was locked into that sending a verrification selfy for a couple months and now I can't log in if I ddidn't know better  something hacked and changed my password should I try resetting with my Iphone.
