[NJTechDiv] "application control link"

We are using H&R Block for our tax prep, and their website doesn't seem very
accessible.  For example, when I hit enter on "messages", Jaws says
"application control link, hit enter".  Hitting enter does nothing at all.
Also, the Jaws cursor is in application mode, which I've never really
understood.

Does anyone know how to make enter work on "application control link"?

 

I tried in both Chrome and Firefox, and no joy.
