[NJTechDiv] Optimum online and new email clients.

Hi,


Since I am the tech person in the family I have to solve everybody's 
technical problems.


Optimum online will not work with the default email app in windows 10 or 
11 and my mother is not getting all of her email in the new outlook that 
launches when she tries to launch the old mail app. Anyone have a 
solution on how I can get this problem solved? I need it do download all 
of the folders she has put emails into.


she is not happy about this situation and let me tell you all, having a 
very angry mother is not pleasant.
