You might be able to OCR multiple pages by using the layered keystroke JAWS Key+Space, O (for OCR), A (for Acquire).
You should be able to set options in there for multiple pages, if your scanner has a document feeder. Then the results appear in the Results Viewer. Copy it where you need it.
