[NJTechDiv] is the braille reader no longer compattable with the Iphone software

I've had a number of issues with Braille displays in general with iOS devices. The eReader among them, though others, too.

My most recent issue was last year. No matter what input and output tables were selected, all I got was 8-dot computer Braille output and, for input, seemingly-random ASCII characters. I brought this up to Apple. To their credit, they escalated the problem to engineering, we tried all sorts of things, it was quite the process. In the end, I had to reset the settings to factory defaults, and that resolved it.

You could try that as a last resort.

I have checked for an update on the reader and no updates is this end of the line for the time being for using the reader and the phone together? this seems sudden since it worked a couple days ago. Like I said apple is stumped too. I don't think this rep is familiar with it. I've tried reconnecting and it sometimes says it would like to connect but no yes or no buttons appear. anyone know especially tracy
