Hello, I can confirm that it works on the phone. And you can use it on a computer, but I don't really recommend it. Just because it's a little clunky. While it is connected to Meta, you don't have to have a Facebook account to use it. It is simply linked up via your cell phone number or anything that can receive a text message. Let me know what other questions you have and I will be glad to answer them as I use this on an iPhone.
