Hartgen Consultancy’s Immediate Future
Given this blog post is going to be distributed to multiple Email lists, it is likely some people will read it a number of times for which I apologise. I will also try to make it not too personal, but it is important that our loyal customers understand what is happening.

Four weeks ago, I was in perfect health, and I do mean perfect. However, I have since been diagnosed with an illness which at the moment is causing severe and ongoing pain in my legs. This is from the moment I wake in the morning. Fortunately, there are small periods throughout the day when the pain lessens, and it is at that point when I have been able to work and keep the business running.
The illness is being treated but that is causing extreme tiredness. So I have had to move from a position of doing a 12 or 14 hour work day to just a few hours.

All products are up-to-date as of this moment in terms of features and compatibility. The priority for September will be to deliver the two hours of outstanding training in relation to the AI training course. This will be done through two pre-recorded sessions rather than Zoom meetings, and will be distributed together with text transcripts as usual.

Technical support for products will of course be provided as quickly as it can be done.

I am hopeful that the coming weeks will give us a greater indication as to what the future might look like. But it is important to get the word out to the community in the event temporary hospitalisation is required.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
