Thanks Ellen.  I have that number, but it’s really for safety.  I’ll try it if I must, but it’s not the right place.

Hi Tracy, 

  Not sure of a number to contact Uber. If you open the app and go into your account -- there is a Help selection at the top of the page. Click here. Scroll down to "Accessibility" and then go to Resources for riders with a disability. In this section there is an opportunity to report "My driver made inappropriate comments about my service animal". I am not sure what happens next---may be worth investigating.

Does anyone know how to talk to an actual person at Uber about an account problem?  All I can find is the stupid chatbot, and my question was beyond its comprehension.
