[NJTechDiv] Rating an Uber driver

Every time I rate an Uber driver, 2 things happen.  First, as I start
flicking up to get from 0 to 5 stars, it always stops at 2 and asks me what
my issue was.  Then I have to feel around the screen until I find the rating
box again and flick up to 5.  And, although it shows me a suggested tip when
I start, that always disappears, probably because it thinks I'm giving a
rating of 2, and I have to select my tip again.

Has this happened to other people?  Do you have a trick for getting past 2
on the first try?

My Uber app is up-to-date, and so is iOS.
