[NJTechDiv] Uber's automatic tipping

I haven’t seen automatic tipping on Uber.  It makes a suggestion, but it doesn’t even keep it after I rate my driver.  I have to go back up to the tip section and make sure it’s set.  I also have an SE 3rd gen.

UberEats does set the tip before I pay, and tells me what the percent will come out to.  Sometimes I leave it, and sometimes I change it.

Hi all,

 

I use automatic tipping in Lyft without any problem.  I can't find this option in my Uber app to save my life!  I know Uber has it because some people online curse the day Uber invented it!  Anyway, does anybody know in which version of the Uber app this feature was launched?  Maybe, I don't have this version on my phone yet.  I also wonder ... Is it only available on certain iPhones?  I googled both questions to no avail.  I have an SE 3rd generation.
