[NJTechDiv] Can I stop a website refreshing

[carcione at access.net]

I'm on a website with ads, and it refreshes every minute or so, maybe
faster, so it keeps jumping back to the top.  Can I stop it refreshing, so I
can read what I want?

I'm using the latest Jaws on a Windows PC.
