Hi all,

It turns out that there are two methods to adjust the system volume on a
windows computer. The first is in the Start menu by searching volume and
then using the arrow keys to adjust it. Strangely, this method stopped
working on my work computer, so my IT person taught me the second method
using Jaws layered keystrokes. Insert Space together, V, and then S. Then
use the arrow keys to adjust the system volume. Note that System Volume is
different from the Jaws volume. I hope these two methods are helpful to
others. The first method still works on my home computer. Anyone have any
idea why not at work? I'm using the same version of Jaws, except the Home
Edition here and Professional Addition at work. I'm using Windows 11 on
both computers, although it's possible one computer is ahead of the other
as far as windows updates.

Thanks,
Serena
