[NJTechDiv] Pocket phone problem

When my husband puts his iPhone in his pocket, it often opens several apps
on its own, I suppose from jostling around.  His phone has a thin case with
a little rise along the edges so the screen doesn't break if he drops it.

Is there a way to stop it opening apps in his pocket?
