important items. basicly for both issues, when and if you install windows
10, don’t use the express install. use custome install and be sure to turn
off all settings that deal with error reporting and personalization. there
is a lot of fine print that says it’s okay for them to basicly track your every
move. worse than that the privacy policy is dozens of pages were of
