<DIV>this is what is going on </DIV>
<DIV>jaws does not read all the lines in a cut and paste </DIV>
<DIV>I get aemail in or a email I have in my files </DIV>
<DIV>I go to that email and I cut and paste it in to a new email because I need
to make a change in it or add more info to it </DIV>
<DIV>after copying it and pasting it to a new email jaws will not read some of
the lines </DIV>
<DIV>I am now in the edit feel now I arrow down so jaws reads the cut and paste
email </DIV>
<DIV>jaws reads about three lines and now all it says blank </DIV>
<DIV>the words are there </DIV>
<DIV>if I do this jaws will read it word by word </DIV>
<DIV>I do this I hold down the contact button and push right arrow or left arrow
now jaws reads it word by word </DIV>
<DIV>it I use the down arrow jaws will reads some of the line not all of them

<DIV>it is like this jaws might say the first name but not the last name or it
reads a street addressed it reads the number not the street but it
will say the word avenue but after I email it to my self jaws reads it all

<DIV>if I do this </DIV>
<DIV>this is what happens</DIV>
<DIV>I go to the email I need to change and I do a reply or a forward jaws
reads it all with down arrow and I can make any changes I would like to
make in the body of that email </DIV>
<DIV>jaws reads it all no problem even with the changes </DIV>
