Locate my cursor with my handheld Ruby magnifier<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>2. Move the cursor to where the picture is located<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>3. Right click on the picture<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>4. Arrow up or down until you hear “Format Image” or something along those lines<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>5. Press CTRL+TAB until you hear ALT text<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>6. Press the TAB key once to get into the edit field<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>7. Type what you want as your ALT text<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>8.
