If you go to the control pannel and I think its under printers, look for the printer queue or print jobs. If you see the names of the files you’ve tried embossing there then delete them from the queue. You might have to switch from PC cursor to Jaws cursor (top right key on numeric keypad) and back to PC cursor (middle key on far right of numeric keypad) to find the file name(s). I don’t do it a lot so kinda forget exactly what has to get done. If in Jaws cursor, make sure you’'r on the first letter of the file name before pressing delete. Those queued jobs can hang the embossor. I’d check to try and find exactly where it is because I’m the type who has to hunt around to find what I’m looking for, but I need to get ready to go out in a little while.
