Hi Mario,

Thanks for your suggestions, but nothing has worked. The thing I can Tab to
is a link that will “Open the PDF” but no matter if I right click on it or press
the application key there is not an option to save the actual document. I tried
doing a Control-S and that nor shift-F10 will do anything.

What is weird is that there is a table listing the file, date, and time,
and just above the table is the wording “Open or Save”. Ive tried clicking on
the word “Save” and it too does nothing. Further more, once I open the document
and I press the Alt key for the Menu bar no menu comes up for it or for Alt-F. I
will call the banks technical desk in the morning and have them tell me that the
site has been tested and it all works fine! <LOL>

Thanks for your help. It was a good try.

Oh yes, I’ve also tried using my arrow keys in that table I mentioned and
that does nothing other than just reading the text that appears on the screen –
I recently realized that tables can do some interesting things once you learn
how to navigate them.

Opening PDF on-Line?

Hi All,
I am trying to open a statement for my
credit card on my bank’s web
site. while I can find and open the PDF
on-the-spot, I cannot figure out
how to download a copy to my hard drive.
Does anyone have any thoughts
on how I can accomplish this? I’m using the
latest version & release of
Jaws 2019 & Windows 10.
I’ve tried
routing my cursor on what I think is the file name and
hitting the right
mouse button, but am not presented with the menu to
save/download. I want to
have a copy on my computer so I can use K1000
to open and read the document
to me.What I am reading on-line does not
give me the breakdown of charges
& that’s what I want to review. I
usually don’t have problems trying to
save pdf’s to my drive – this is
very frustrating!
Thanks for any help or
pointers in the right
direction.
Eileen

_______________________________________________
Njtechdiv
