<P class=MsoNormal>I just got a new app for my iPhone I’m finding pretty
useful. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>It’s called Stand Up. It’s the one with 4 stars on
the
app store. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>It reminds me to stand up every 45 minutes. The
time
interval and the start and stop time are easy to change.
<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I am a programmer, and sit at a desk all day long.
I
regularly forget to get up and move around, and the app reminds me. I
set
it to go longer than the workday, so it also reminds me not to go all couch
potato during the evening. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Just thought I’d mention it, as I bet I’m not the only
person
who sits around a lot.<o:p></o:p></P>
