<DIV>I know how to add a folder  to windows ten but it tells me I have this 

folder all ready but I go to the folders it is not  there </DIV>

<DIV>I do what it takes to put a email in the folder but as I arrow down I have 

four groups of the same folders  </DIV>

<DIV>I do not know what to do with them </DIV>

<DIV>Each group is the same names </DIV>
