It says it's protected by recaptcha, but nothing's there. We want to pay our bill online, and created an account, but when we try to log in, it says “protected by recaptcha”, and there is no captcha, no audio, no “I am not a robot” checkbox, no nada. My husband had AIRA join him through Teamviewer, and they didn’t see the captcha, either. The only way that worked was for the AIRA agent to login to our account herself and make the payment, which is way less than ideal. </p><p class="MsoNormal">I tried with Firefox and Chrome, and no joy with either.
