Today I managed to help our member denise Lesko update her phone and change her passcode. Just for the sake of it I tried the phone number Walmart supposedly gave her. The morons in this group home of hers didn’t make sure the number worked well now a year has gone by someone at Walmart reassigned her number. She paid for straighttalk never getting to use it. So essentially she has a paperweight for a phone now. Does anyone on division have any suggestions for a carrier for her and if she goes back with straighttalk can she get her money back. No wonder NFB has so much a problem with these grouphomes. Buy something you never use don’t make sure it works. Discusting.

Sent from Mail for Windows
