I have not played with the braille screen input lately, but I will tell you what I know. You will have to decide whether you want to use screen away mode or whether you want to use tabletop mode Apple this also has some good information that might help you. You need to calibrate your dots first as far as I know And the thing I understand is that you do 456 first each finger down then 1 to 3 next I don’t remember why that is but that is what someone told me. I hope this information is helpful.<div>Take care.</div><div>Peggy, and if my information is not correct, I’m sure someone will let you know and let me know also. <br><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><br><div dir="ltr"><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); font-size: 16pt;">Peggy Sent from my i phone☺️</span></div></div><div dir="ltr"><br><blockquote type="cite">On Nov 24, 2022, at 2:27 PM, Ken Lawrence via NJTechDiv <njtechdiv@nfbnet.org> wrote:<br><br></blockquote></div><blockquote type="cite"><div dir="ltr"><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><meta name="Generator" content="Microsoft Word 15 (filtered medium)"><style>@font-face { font-family: "Cambria Math"; }

Have set it both input and output to contracted and have braille at the top of the roter. I can’t seem to figure out how to place my fingers I can get it to say the dots I’m touiching and I know how to space and backspace but how should the fingers be placed. Also should the setting that says show on screen keyboard be on or off? As far as I know rick fox is the only one in our division that uses braille screen input and I do have the braille e-reader paired with the iphone. Can anyone give me any pointers? Thanks. </p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Sent from <a href="https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=550986">Mail</a> for Windows</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p></div><span>_______________________________________________</span><br><span>NJTechDiv mailing list</span><br><span>NJTechDiv@nfbnet.org</span><br><span>http://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/njtechdiv_nfbnet.org</span><br><span>To unsubscribe, change your list options or get your account info for NJTechDiv:</span><br><span>http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/njtechdiv_nfbnet.org/pegkane52%40gmail.com</span><br></div></blockquote></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>
