The cell bars may not have much of the problem. The sell bars mainly have to deal with the connection for talking. Not so much the Internet connection. But that might be the problem. If it is a building with a lot of metal in it, that can possibly be part of
the problem some carriers don't like buildings with a lot of metal in them. Is this the only app that he has an issue with with video? If so, may I consider sending something to the Ira community?<br id="lineBreakAtBeginningOfMessage">
