I was tired and I was reading this beautiful, beautiful haunting email last night. I feel honored to read it again today. I find optimum even if their company is good very tech unsatisfactory. They might be perfect in every way, but not in tech. and I could not change the password using my device without help. They are not tech friendly. And I’m sorry sorry sorry what you are going through!!! Please and thank you!!! My mother has a TV and I won’t have TV on optimum, but I wanted my cell phone set the optimum and it was a song in the dance, I had to bring credit card, which I don’t have to bring mom which I don’t like to do. It’s her privacy and it was back-and-forth. We were annoying one another finally someone from optimum gave me the number I wanted and I could get in fully, but it was a song in the dance and I didn’t like the procedure of doing. It was very upsetting. They are I don’t think they’re good with tech support. So I’m with you. Thrive alive in 2025 thrive alive in 2025. Please and thank you!!!</span><br></div></blockquote></body></html>
