[Nmabs] Another idea for Student Seminar at State Convention?

Hey, guys. Sorry about the late reply. While it does not directly
relate to the NFB or our division, I do recognize that this can be an
interesting opportunity. I don't have a problem with it if you guys
want to do it and if it's not too late.
