</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-US link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Hi all,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I apologize for not getting around to this sooner, but I have been frantically searching for the file containing last month’s minutes… I have absolutely no idea what happen to it, but it is 100000% missing from my pac mate and flash drie and any other place I could have had it… I typed them, but I hadn’t looked over them enough to send them out, but now they are gone… I apologize, but that’s what I have… I remember that we were going to have a game day at UNM at some point this month and that we need to get state convention going ASAP so I can get the agenda of our activities to Christine. I also remember that we are still thinking about conducting benefit nights (as of right now, I have not heard back from Ortega’s.) If you were at the meeting on January 16, 2011, please fill in anything I am missing. Also, please send me ideas for the state convention seminar by Monday February 7<sup>th</sup>. I am attaching the agenda we used for our seminar in November, my thought is that we can go from that, and have some of the same things, but shorten it for the fact that the seminar at state convention is typically 2 and a half to 3 hours long. Any suggestions, questions, concerns, please email and let me know. Also, with the absence of a few board members and I am hearing rumors that at least one of you wants to step down we need to figure the elections thing out asap. Also, Our meeting is this Sunday and we need NFB state convention ideas ASAP so I can get an agenda to Christine. I apologize if I am forgetting anything, it has been nuts with pipes bursting at our apartment and having to stay at my parents and all that, I have not had a chance to figure any of this stuff out. I need your help. I apologize for not getting this sent sooner, I was reminded on Saturday that we were to have our game day at UNM on Saturday Feb. 12, and that unfortunately, did not ahappen… <span style='font-family:Wingdings'>L</span> Please let me know if you are interested in being the MC for the student luncheon on Saturday April 9 at state convention.
